Location Data: If you or a Service Provider use our mobile-optimized professional platform, we collect real device location data at the start and end of a cleaning, used to verify a completed visit. This is only collected through the professional-facing app, not the customer-facing site.

We use information to provide cleaning services, process bookings and payments, connect you with Service Providers, communicate with you about your account or appointments, provide customer support, prevent fraud, verify completed services, and comply with legal obligations.

Service Providers: Because Crisp & Clover connects customers with independent Service Providers rather than performing cleanings directly, your name, service address, appointment details, access instructions, and cleaning preferences are shared with the Service Provider assigned to your booking - only what's necessary for them to complete the service.

Technology and Payment Providers: Providers supporting scheduling, communications, payment processing (Stripe), and customer management.

Legal Requirements: Information may be disclosed when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Crisp & Clover, our users, or others.

Business Transfer: If Crisp & Clover is acquired, merges, or transfers some or all of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

SMS consent information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS communications at any time.
